My name is Kristina. I am a young mother, a wife, and I take pride in my two wonderful boys. I moved to the United States in 2018. Family is a treasure to me, and I have dedicated much of my time to them. But now, it’s time for me to unleash my creative spirit. What is the booking policy for Kristina Decor?To book wedding rentals with Kristina Decor, cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 14 days in advance of the event. Please note that the online deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Additionally, bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of the event date to ensure availability and proper preparation for your special day. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we kindly ask that you adhere to our booking policy to allow us to serve you and other clients to the best of our ability. Do you deliver?Yes, we deliver within a 10-mile radius from Onalaska, WI. For farther distances, delivery is also an option, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss the cost. At Kristina Decor, we strive to make the rental process as convenient as possible for our customers. What is your cancellation policy?At Kristina Decor, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes events need to be canceled or rescheduled. We allow cancellations up to 14 days before the event date to receive a 50% refund of the deposit. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days from the event, the deposit is non-refundable. We strive to be fair and flexible while also ensuring that we can accommodate all of our clients' needs.
